With our specialize testing equipment we can analyze a logic board to determine the exact cause of the problem and repair it instead of taking the much expensive option of replacing the entire logic board.

You can prevent your laptop from overheating by:

• Removing dust from your laptop using compressed air
• Not putting your laptop on surfaces that restrict or blocks airflow
• Dompletely shutting down your laptop before putting it in your laptop bag
• Giving your laptop some airflow by keeping it higher, this will increase the airflow to the bottom of the laptop
• Getting a laptop cooling pad

DC JACK / POWER CONNECTOR ISSUES

Loose or broken power connector is a very common laptop problem. It can be easily solved by our team. In some cases though the connector needs to be replaced. What’s causing a dc jack to fail?

• They fail under normal operation
• If the laptop falls down
• When laptops are being moved with charger plugged in
• The dc jack connector can become loose after a while

We advise our clients to always keep a backup of their files on an external hard drive. That is the cheapest way of data recovery.
Hard drives do fail. Data may be totally destroyed.
Data from a failed drive can sometimes be partially or totally recovered. This is an expensive and very time consuming process though.
